  • Dear Leader and Leader-to-Be:

We work in a REAL world, one with diversity of race, culture, ethnicity, gender; one where young and old, leaders and followers, and the tactical and strategic all must work TOGETHER. It is a fast-paced, fluid world where disruption is the only constant and the shelf-life of one’s value-added is limited to hours, at best. THIS is what today’s workplace is REALLY like.

We live in an UNREAL time, a time when it is important to train and develop upcoming professionals on how to use their talents to evolve into effective leaders in a demanding fast-changing technical world that can be ethically seductive and economically challenging.

The mission of Leadership Training Room, LLC is to prepare current and future leaders to master real world strategies for these unreal times… to learn how to Get Real! early in a career, Stay Real! in the progress to earn a senior position of authority, Humanize Real! with a staff on a daily basis, and Instigate Real! to motivate employees to raise the bar of their own leadership development.

To find out about the services Leadership Training Room provides, it’s time for you to read about theoretical and practical ways for Getting Real! Staying Real! Humanizing Real! and Instigating Real! And, if you’re interested in other LTR offerings like training, coaching, speaking, etc., you can reach me by phone (646-373-4321) or e-mail (Leigh@LTR-NYC.com) to set up a complimentary half-hour appointment.

    Authentically Yours,

    Prof. Leigh
